1. Our Commitment
Every tee is made with care. If something is not right, we will make it right.

2. Numbered Editions
Each tee belongs to a numbered edition. Orders are dispatched within one to two business days. You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. To cancel, email contact@thewhitetee.co with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request."

3. Returns
You may return your order within 15 days of delivery, free of charge, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. To initiate a return, email contact@thewhitetee.co with your order number and the subject line "Return Request." We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return label.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account. We do not offer partial refunds.

5. A Different Size
For a different size, return your tee within 15 days of delivery. If your size is available in the current edition, we will send it in exchange. If it is no longer available, you will receive a full refund. Return shipping for a size exchange is covered by us. The Fit section on our site details every measurement of every size.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us at contact@thewhitetee.co within 15 days of delivery, with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.

7. Items Not Eligible for Return
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered, and items returned outside the 15-day window, cannot be accepted.

8. Fair Use
We reserve the right to refuse future orders in cases of abuse of the returns policy.
