1. Who We Are
the white tee is operated by the white tee, registered in Belgium under enterprise number 1040.205.234.

The brand and its intellectual property are owned by THEWHITETEE LTD, registered in England and Wales, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
2. Our Product
We sell one product: the white tee, released in numbered editions. Each edition is limited. Once an edition sells out, it is no longer available.
3. Order Quantities
Each edition is limited. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of tees per order or per customer, and to cancel orders that exceed reasonable quantities, in which case you will receive a full refund.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required by law. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order. We do not offer discounts, promotional codes, or sales. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely by Shopify's payment infrastructure. We do not store your card details.
5. Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of your order, not a formal acceptance. A contract between you and the white tee is formed when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — including in cases of abuse of our returns policy — in which case you will receive a full refund.
6. Delivery
We ship to the European Union. Delivery to other regions will follow at a later stage. Delivery is free on every order, via DHL Express, dispatched from within the European Union. Orders are dispatched within one to two business days, and typically delivered within one to five business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. We will notify you by email if your delivery is delayed beyond the stated estimate. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events outside our control.
7. Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a full refund. To cancel, email contact@thewhitetee.co with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request." In accordance with EU consumer law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
8. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, free of charge, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. To initiate a return, email contact@thewhitetee.co with your order number. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
9. A Different Size
For a different size, return your tee within 15 days of delivery. If your size is available in the current edition, we will send it in exchange. If it is no longer available, you will receive a full refund. Return shipping for a size exchange is covered by us.
10. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at contact@thewhitetee.co within 15 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
11. Fair Use
We reserve the right to refuse future orders in cases of abuse of the returns policy.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logo, and brand identity — is the exclusive property of THEWHITETEE LTD. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of it without prior written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the white tee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your order. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
